Build the system your business actually needs.
Stryde takes one engagement at a time, working directly with the owner to figure out what should actually be built, then building it. Custom applications, connected systems, AI workflows, and digital experiences.

If every part of your business lives in a different tool, you don't have a system. You have chaos.
Most companies don't notice the problem until growth starts to break things. The tools multiply. The spreadsheets multiply. Eventually, no one trusts the numbers.
- 01Quotes in one place, customers in another
- 02The same data re-typed into three different tools
- 03Manual follow-ups that slip through the cracks
- 04Revenue numbers stitched together in spreadsheets
- 05Work that only moves when someone remembers to move it
- 06Leadership flying blind on the numbers that matter
Start with the problem, not the software.
Stryde isn't defined by a single product. Every engagement starts with what's actually slowing the business down, and the technology follows from there.
These six areas overlap on purpose. Most real problems need more than one.
Digital Strategy
Understand the problem, the constraints, and the users before prescribing technology. Audits, product definition, and solution architecture, so you build the right thing once.
Custom Software
Internal applications, operational platforms, portals, and admin tools shaped around how your organization actually works, instead of forcing the business to work around a tool.
Systems & Integrations
Connect the tools you already depend on. APIs, data sync, and backend services, so information moves between systems without someone carrying it by hand.
AI & Automation
Applied to real workflows: research and summarization, document processing, internal assistants, automated handoffs. Used where it creates leverage, not because it is fashionable.
Web & Digital Experiences
High-performance sites, web apps, customer portals, and interactive tools. What people see connects cleanly to the systems running behind it.
Product Development
Concepts and prototypes taken to a real product that ships, gets used, and evolves. Strategy, UX, and engineering in one loop instead of three handoffs.
One way these capabilities come together is a custom business operating system.
See what that looks likeA single operating system, not a stack of tools.
A business operating system is one specific, highly developed thing Stryde builds. It's what happens when the strategy, the custom software, the integrations, and the automation all point at the same problem: a company whose growth is outrunning its tools.
Every build is shaped around how your business actually runs. These are the modules we compose into your system.
CRM & Sales Pipeline
A single source of truth for accounts, contacts, and deals, wired to the way your team actually sells.
Quotes & Pricing
Consistent, fast, trackable quotes that connect directly to your pipeline, margins, and approval rules.
Purchase Orders
Structured PO workflows with clear states, owner assignments, and automatic hand-offs to operations.
Revenue Tracking
Live revenue, bookings, and commission views. No month-end scramble to reconcile the numbers.
Internal Dashboards
Role-aware dashboards for leadership, sales, and operations, built from your real data, not vanity metrics.
Workflow Automation
The right handoffs, reminders, and sync jobs running in the background, so your team stops being the glue.
These aren't tools. They're parts of one system.
What changes when the system is actually yours.
A Stryde build isn't judged on screens shipped. It's judged on how the business runs six months later: whether leadership trusts the numbers, whether the team stops fighting the tools, and whether growth feels controllable again.
Typical before-and-after from a Stryde engagement.
The shift
Before
A stack of tools nobody fully trusts
After
One system the team actually trusts
- VisibilityBefore: Month-end closeAfter: Live operational visibility
- SpeedBefore: Work that waits on someoneAfter: Work that moves on its own
- FlowBefore: Handoffs that stall in inboxesAfter: Handoffs that run on rails
- Manual workBefore: The same data re-typed in every toolAfter: Entered once, reused everywhere
- OwnershipBefore: Ownership that lives in someone's headAfter: An owner and a state on every item
- ScaleBefore: Growth that breaks the processAfter: Growth the system absorbs
A tight loop, not a giant project.
Audit
We map the existing bottlenecks: the tools, spreadsheets, and informal workarounds that are actually running the business today.
Design
We design the right system for the problem: the data model, the workflows, the interfaces, and the places where automation actually earns its keep.
Build
We build and refine the system in tight cycles, with your team using it from week one, not waiting on a six-month rollout.
Prove
We measure what actually changed against the problem we started with: adoption, response time, hours given back, errors avoided. Success is agreed before the build, because a baseline cannot be captured afterwards.
Stryde Game Hub
A live-event game platform, built from the room backward.
Stryde Game Hub turns corporate events, conferences, and community gatherings into branded live game experiences. The audience watches a dedicated game board. The host runs the whole thing from a phone. Organizers configure the questions, branding, and sound ahead of time.
The platform handles live state, scoring, reveals, audio, and event configuration behind the scenes, as reusable architecture, not a one-off event build.

Game Hub isn't here because Stryde is becoming a game company. It's here because it shows the full arc: identify the experience problem, design for different users, architect the system, and ship a reusable product instead of a one-off. Stryde can improve an existing process, or build something that didn't exist before.
Founder · Operator
Built by an operator, not a studio.
Stryde Digital is led by BJ McDonald, a builder with a bias for operational thinking. The focus is infrastructure: systems that run day one, and still hold up three years in.
Every engagement starts with how your business actually operates: the work, the handoffs, the numbers, the places things stall. It ends with a system designed around that reality. No recycled templates. No bloated processes. No theater.
The goal isn't to ship software. It's to install a way of running the business that scales cleanly, with leadership in control of the numbers, not chasing them. You're not hiring a team to build features. You're working with someone who understands how the business actually runs.

Tell us what's stuck. We'll figure out what should be built.
A working session starts with the problem, not a pitch. Show us where the business is getting stuck, whether that's a broken process, disconnected tools, an idea that hasn't been built yet, or something you know should work better.
We'll map the problem, look at what's already in place, and work out what the next move should be.
